About Me:

I am originally from the coal regions of PA. In 1996 I moved to Myrtle Beach, SC, where I met my mentor & 2nd Mom, Kay VanHoesen of Certifax Appraisals. Under Kay's tutelage, I found my niche in life...appraising. In December of 2005 I finished construction of The Nut House luxury rental cabin in Maggie Valley, NC. In November of 2006, after almost a year of traveling back & forth between MB & MV, I decided to make Maggie Valley my home. In January of 2007 I opened my own appraisal business, A+ Appraising. I keep pretty busy between the cabin rental & appraisal business. There hasn't been much time for dating, so I am single, but happily occupied with my family of two dogs Chino & Doc. We are very much enjoying our new life here in the heart of the Blue Ridge mountains of Western North Carolina.
